Intro Sktechbook Pro:

  • Students will learn how to handle digital sketching in a ‘Paperless pipeline’.

 

Intro Photoshop:

  • The student learns to use Photoshop by creating backgrounds, refining drawings by applying colour and texture.

 

Intro Tv paint:

  • The student will learn the basics of Tv Paint. All basic functions are gone over. The student learns how to make a storyboard and layout with Tv Paint.
  • The student learns the correct use of the light table.
  • The student learns to make a clean up of a line test animation.

Required:

computer, software

Language of contact is Dutch.

Documentation, guest speakers or study visits may occasionally be given in English (or French, German, ...).

Practical, artistic workshop.

Assessment practice during evaluations.

Assessment will focus on insight, linework, personal study, the completion of the assignment, presentation and creative processing, attitude and

work process.

The student actively participates in the learning activity, this participation counts for a maximum of 20% in the final calculation of the points for this course unit.

 

Submission of all exercises made in class, and all tasks.

 

All assignments should be placed on the personal blog and on the animated film server (share).

The student receives a new assignment.

 

There is no (process) supervision during the second sitting time.

No use can be made of the workshops/studio's during the summer closure.

There is limited opportunity to borrow materials.
